The Graduate Start eMentoring system will connect students and graduates considering a technical career in the upstream oil and gas business with experienced industry Professionals. |

It will provide a secure confidential portal in which young people can express their desire to be connected with specific experienced Professionals who have volunteered to be Mentors. The Professionals can select which young people they are willing to Mentor, and initiate email communication. The Professionals will remain anonymous until such communication commences.
